Attorney Caroline Gabriel's practice focuses on federal civil rights litigation, state and federal criminal defense, and post-conviction advocacy. Additionally, Ms. Gabriel has extensive experience with legal issues involving probation, parole, sentence calculation and overdetention.

She earned her law degree from Tulane University Law School in 2018 and her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in 2012.

Before joining Most & Associates, Ms. Gabriel spent two years as a staff attorney in the trial division of the Orleans Public Defenders. There, Ms. Gabriel represented hundreds of individuals facing misdemeanor and felony charges from arrest through trial.

While in law school, Ms. Gabriel was a Student Attorney with Tulane Law School’s Legislative and Administrative Advocacy Clinic and the Criminal Justice Clinic where she assisted clients in post-conviction matters in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Gabriel also served on the executive board of Tulane’s Public Interest Law Foundation and externed with the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Prior to law school, Ms. Gabriel worked as a youth advocate at the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights, serving through AmeriCorps’s Louisiana Delta Service Corps program.

Ms. Gabriel was selected to the 2024 Louisiana Rising Stars list published by Thomson Reuters.
